Dear Customer, As part of our ongoing security and infrastructure maintenance activities, the SSH host key used by the Shared Data Plane on SFTP service will be rotated on 25th October at 18:30 UTC for Public SAAS EU . (https://.prod.integration.eu-fr.axway.com)
What does this mean? After the rotation, systems connecting to the SFTP server may detect that the server's host key has changed. Depending on your SSH/SFTP client configuration, connections may fail or generate a host key verification warning until the new host key is trusted.
Required Action Please ensure your team is prepared to update any stored SSH host key entries (for example, in known_hosts files or equivalent trust stores) following the rotation.
Expected Impact Clients performing strict host key verification require manual acceptance or update of the new host key. No application or configuration changes are otherwise required.
