** This change impacts users who currently use whitelisted IP addresses to connect their Amplify Central agents to Amplify Central cloud services. **
As we continue to evolve our platform and add value for our customers, we have identified the need to change the way we assign IP addresses for Amplify Central services. Today, Amplify Central agents running at customers' locations connect to Amplify cloud services using apicentral.axway.com in the U.S. and central.eu-fr.axway.com in the E.U. Up until now, these URLs have pointed to dynamically assigned IP addresses which can change any time our teams make production changes. This change in IP addresses has meant that customers have had to update their whitelisting rules with these new IP addresses from time to time. We are changing this approach. On Friday, February 12th, we will be moving from dynamic IP addresses to static IP addresses which will remain constant and unchanged even after we deploy production changes. With this new approach, customers can whitelist these IP addresses one time and be sure that they will remain the same into the foreseeable future.
After the update on Friday, February 12th, the following static IP addresses will be maintained going forward:
U.S. Region - apicentral.axway.com 3.94.245.118 54.208.199.251 3.212.78.217 52.202.95.208 107.23.176.64 3.225.16.120
Customers who access Amplify Central cloud services directly through IP addresses and who whitelist these IP addresses on their firewall should add these new IP addresses prior to Friday February 12th to ensure continuity of service.
